Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing or Printing Defects: If there is a production-related defect in the design or print quality.
  • Damaged Product on Arrival: If the product arrives damaged due to transit.

Proof Requirement

To process a refund, we require:

  • For Manufacturing or Printing Defects: Clear photos of the defect.
  • For Damaged Products: A full unboxing video showing the package being opened, along with clear photos of the damaged product.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the provided proof, and our decision will be final.

How to Request a Refund

Customers can register a refund request only via email at support@craftscanvas.com with the required proof.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the product was received. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
