Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, since we start processing your custom print shortly after.

Can I customize my wall art?

Yes! For personalization requests (names, quotes, or minor design tweaks), fill out the form on the product page. Please make sure to enter your details exactly how you would want it to look (this includes uppercase, lowercase, punctuations etc.) or reach out to us at help@craftscanvas.com before placing your order.

We’d love to make your art uniquely yours.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: 10–30 business days, depending on destination

    Each order is handcrafted and shipped with care. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders below $169: Flat $15 shipping fee
  • Orders above $169: Free shipping worldwide!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since each product is custom-made to order, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if your product arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we’ll make it right!

Just email help@craftscanvas.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • An unboxing video, and
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
