1. What is the estimated delivery time?
Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
International Orders: May take 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above $195.
For orders below $195, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
3. Can I return my order?
Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if your item has a manufacturing or printing defect or arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund (see below).
4. What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged upon arrival, we require:
A full unboxing video showing the package being opened.
Clear photos of the damaged product.
Send these to support@craftscanvas.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will review your request.
5. What if my order has a manufacturing or printing defect?
If you receive a product with a printing or manufacturing defect, please email us at support@craftscanvas.com with clear photos of the defect. We will review your request and offer a refund if applicable.
6. How do I request a refund?
To request a refund for a damaged or defective item, email support@craftscanvas.com with the required proof (photos or unboxing video). Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Our decision regarding refund approvals is final.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact us at support@craftscanvas.com.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times for international orders vary between 10 to 30 business days, depending on the location.
9. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since our products are made to order, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are in production. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.
